Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer of the Poznań University of Life Sciences is implementing a Project No. 0014/DLG/2016/10 titled InnCOM_PULS - instruments for optimizing commercialization processes, creating innovations, improving dialogue and increasing the efficiency and cooperation between scientific and economic within the DIALOG program of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
Within the project the following tasks are accomplished:
- Relations building – coaching sessions in the science-business dialogue.
- Science-business relations model – business in process of technology commercialization - diagnosis and recommendations.
- Preparation and promotion of targeted competency profiles of a student, PhD student and research worker.
- Development and implementation of IP_PULS application - a tool for communication of intellectual property and commercialization processes in operational management.
- Development and implementation of a virtual portal InnCOM_PULS - a model of open innovation as a place for making transactions, promoting and exchanging experiences.
- Analysis and recommendations of changes in the legal conditions of commercialization - legislative dialogue.
- Development and evaluation of benchmarking methodology and improvement of commercialization processes - dialogue of Centres for Technology Transfer.
- Methodology of technology presentation and preparation of technological documentation for transactions - offer dialogue.
- Disemination of best practices in the commercialization of innovative technologies – public dialogue.
